Hybrid Training Packages

  • Customized Plans: Workout plans tailored to YOUR goals and needs

  • Flexible Scheduling: Sessions held in person or virtually

  • Holistic Approach:  Incorporate nutrition advice, stress management, and recovery strategies for a well-rounded wellness plan.

  • Training Packages Include: 4, 8 or 12 Private Sessions and app access

Free Initial Consult

  • 45 minute initial consult includes assessments and goal setting.  We have to know where you are to get where you want to be!​​

Training Sessions

  • Each following session will include movement assessments, perfecting form and movement patterns and a plan to follow at home. 

  • Nutrition coaching is also included in any of the packages if that’s something that interests you.
